Customer Service >> Trouble Shooting

- Why won't my credit card go through?
- Why are products still on view
on the web site but say they are unavailable?
- Why can't I send a balloon with
a tropical flower gift pack?
- Why doesn't the web site tell
customers we cannot deliver FedEx products to P.O. boxes, hospitals
and schools?
- Why don't you state that you cannot
guarantee orders on Sundays?
- Do customers have to register to
place an order?
- Why are there delivery restrictions
on some products to Arizona and California?
- Can we receive a brochure without
placing an order on your web site?
- Why would an online shopper receive
a message indicating we cannot send a product to their recipient's
zip code?
- How can a customer correct an error message saying
"Add Shipping Info?"
-
Why won't my credit
card go through?
Read the account number carefully,
make sure all fields are filled in,
and check the expiration date. One
number transposed in your credit card
entry will be enough to create an
error.
-
Why are products still
on view on the web site but say
they are unavailable?
We may be temporarily out of stock
on a product, and able to provide
you with the product soon. If we no
longer have the product, it is removed
from the site. Some of our products
are seasonal - We keep them in the
database and will tell you when they
become available.
-
Why can't I send a
balloon with a tropical flower gift
pack?
Currently, we can only send add-ons
(i.e. balloons, stuffed animals, boxes
of candy, etc.) through our netblooms-direct
local florists. Products that are
shipped through FedEx cannot include
a balloon.
-
Why doesn't the web
site tell customers FedEx delivery
in not available on products to
P.O. boxes, hospitals and schools?
Our web site informs our online visitors,
that items shipped by FedEx cannot
be delivered to PO box's, hospitals
and schools.
-
What about Sundays?
We actually do state that Sunday delivery
options on floral products are not
guaranteed.
This is because many florists are
closed on Sunday, or they might only
be opened until 1:00 p.m. FedEx Sunday
delivery is not an option, and our
customers will receive an error message
if they place a gift item for Sunday
delivery.
-
Do customers have
to register to place an order?
Customers do have to register to place
an order. We do request an email address
and verifiable billing information
so we can process and send out a confirmation
of the order, as well as delivery
notifications and other pertinent
customer communications.
-
Why are there delivery
restrictions on some products to
Arizona and California?
Arizona and California have special
agricultural restrictions on certain
food and floral product delivered
to their states. These gift products
are clearly highlighted so that our
customers will be aware which selection
is prohibited.
-
Can we receive a brochure
without placing an order on your
web site?
Yes you can! Just call us at 1-800-356-7258,
and one of our associates will place
you on our mailing list.
-
Why would an online
shopper receive a message indicating
we cannot send a product to their
recipient's zip code?
This will only occur if the recipient
is in an area out of delivery range
of one of our netblooms-direct florists.
When this happens, we will suggest
a similar product that can be delivered
by FedEx to the recipient's zip code.
Our shoppers can then "click" to the
selection of direct ship gift ideas.
-
How can a customer
correct an error message saying
"Add Shipping Info?"
When a customer chooses to add a new
shipping address, our system requires
them to fill in all required fields,
so that we may deliver the order successfully.
Required Fields Include:
'Address Label' is a required field.
'Last Name' is a required field.
'First Name' is a required field.
'Address 1' is a required field.
'City' is a required field.
